5:30 PM - 7:30 PMCatalina State Park
This month, Jews on the Move heads to Catalina State Park for a night of discovery! We'll arrive at 5:30pm to mingle and complete a starting activity before the party kicks off at 6:00pm. Then, astronomers from the Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association (TAAA) will bring their telescopes to show us the stars and planets in a new light. We'll have warm apple cider and get ready for Chanukah with donuts!
The cost to enter the Catalina State Park is $20.00 per car of 2-4 people. More info is in the link below.
Jews on the Move is designed for Jewish families with children ages 9–15, though adults and siblings are welcome.
The Mishpochah Project
Jews on the Move is part of The Mishpochah Project, Kol Ami’s new family initiative made possible by a generous grant from Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona (JPSA). Through monthly outdoor and recreation experiences, Jews on the Move helps families with older children strengthen bonds, make new friends, and discover Jewish joy through active adventures. Together, we’re building a community that explores, plays, and grows—side by side.
