Join Rabbi Malcolm and Cantor Jen for a Tu B'Shevat experience including traditional observances alongside content related to connection to the land we live on, the Sonoran desert. Aside from Jewish sources and rituals, the local indigenous peoples' connection to and respect for the land will be explored.

Dinner will be catered by
Tumerico, a renowned restaurant known for its use of locally sourced, heritage ingredients. The meal will be served buffet-style, designed for a warm, family-style dining experience. Attendees can enjoy a selection of
rice, beans, salsa, salad, chips, and tortillas, along with two signature dishes:
BARBACOA – A flavorful blend of potato, onion, mushrooms, red chili sauce, and jackfruit carnitas.
COCONUT CURRY – A vibrant medley of vegetables simmered in Tumerico’s house-made yellow coconut curry sauce.
Please note that it is possible one of the dishes may not be available from Tumerico. In that case, an equally delicious substitute will be provided.
