Roll up your sleeves and get ready to fry! The Men of Kol Ami (MoKA) are inviting all members of the congregation to join them in the kitchen for their annual latke-making sessions. Whether you’re a seasoned latke pro or learning the ropes for the first time, this is a fun, hands-on way to connect with the community, learn MoKA’s time-tested techniques, and help support Kol Ami.

Each year, MoKA’s famous crispy, golden latkes are sold at the Chanukah & Artisan’s Market, with proceeds benefiting the congregation. MoKA’s efforts support a wide range of synagogue programs—from cooking for the Tashlich gathering on Rosh Hashanah to funding special projects and improvements around Kol Ami.
