Dear Friends,    The Board of Trustees continues to move Kol Ami in a forward direction. We have started and accomplished a number of projects. One of our most notable is updating the Policies and Personnel Manual and instituting new governance policies to ensure the welfare of the congregation. Dear Kol Ami Congregants,   As you know, Michelle Blumenberg started her term has Interim Executive Director in September 2022 after Donna Beyer's retirement at the end of August 2022.    The Executive Director Search Committee is being led by Trustee Carey Turner.
