Kol Ami is deepening its commitment to becoming a truly inclusive, welcoming, and connected community. This fall, invited congregational leaders will take part in a special Belonging by Design leadership training with consultant Wendy Verba, who has been guiding Kol Ami through a long-term process to strengthen belonging across all aspects of congregational life.

 

Through this initiative—led by the Membership & Growth Pillar and Kol Ami’s Change Team—our leaders are learning new tools and frameworks to help every person who walks through our doors feel seen, valued, and part of something meaningful. This training represents an important step in building a stronger, more vibrant, and connected Kol Ami community.
