Calling all families with children in 2nd grade and younger: Shabbat Sh’Bang (formerly Shabbat Sh’Brunch) is back in action! Join our Kol Ami clergy for a joyful morning filled with music, playful prayer, and plenty of time to connect. Kids will sing, laugh, and play while parents enjoy catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. Together, we’ll get ready to welcome the High Holy Days and listen for the sound of the shofar blast.
The Mishpochah Project
Shabbat Sh’Bang is one of six signature programs in The Mishpochah Project, Kol Ami’s new family initiative made possible by a generous grant from Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona (JPSA). These in-home and community gatherings are designed to help young families experience the joy of Shabbat in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Through music, prayer, and shared moments, we create opportunities for families to celebrate Jewish life together and plant the seeds of Jewish identity in our youngest community members.
Deadline
The deadline to register for the dinner is Thursday, September 18, at 11:59pm. Note that this event caps at 20 people registered.
